NO….You Cannot have a Referendum!

You joined the Union, and you will remain in the Union forever.
It does not matter if you don’t like it. It does not matter If you want to do things differently. You will do as we say, and you will like it and lump it with the rest of us.

The same attitude  is manifest in Northern Ireland as only the Westminster appointed Secretary of State can decide on when and according to what citeria to hold an Irish Re-Unification Referendum.

The same old, same old

applies  to Brexit .Last week  PM May summoned the First Ministers  of the respective parts of this kingdom to say

“well, I am in charge so I will listen and and you will  do exactly what I want. Live with it.

This is England’s Brexit – Here’s  Minister Davis telephone number so you can set up a chatline with him“.

Watch Arlene Foster ride roughshod over Northern Ireland’s majority vote to remain in the EU even though she does not represent the people who voted IN.

At least Nicola Sturgeon is doing her best to promote and safeguard the interests of Scotland.

Comment: Union implies partnership.

Only some Scots and Northern Irish are foolish enough to believe the UK is a partnership.

No…You cannot have a referendum! No…You shall not leave the Union. No..You cannot have a choice. NO means NO… What part of that do you not get?

We will tell you what you can and cannot do… Live with it. Accept it!
You can complain all you like, but it is an absolutely pointless exercise.

Have another referendum? Put it to the people? Away and stop your complaining.
All we ever get from you is moan, moan, moan. It is all about grievance with you.
